DIE HARD COLLECTORS takes pride in ensuring that your goods have been carefully packed and that it arrives safely at your nominated delivery address. A great deal of our collectables are vintage items, and we do our best to give accurate descriptions and photographs to ensure you know the condition of our vintage items when purchasing.

 

Items that do not reflect the condition as described can be returned for a refund as per our RETURNS & REFUND POLICY. However, sometimes items do become damaged in transit or there is some form of manufacturing defect thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. If this is the case with your item, please contact DIE HARD COLLECTORS immediately via email to support@diehardcollectors.com

 

All returns/exchange enquiries must be received by DIE HARD COLLECTORS within 14 days* of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address. One of our customer support representatives will be in contact with you within 3 business days after receiving your enquiry.

 

Upon receiving notification of damage or a manufacturing defect, we may request photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the particular product-item that has the issue. We will review these photos and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss your options in relation to the product issue.

 

CHANGE OF MIND: You can return your item within 14 days for a store credit refund of the item price, less any cancellation fees and original shipping fees. The collector is liable for any and all shipping costs associated.

 

Important Things to Note: Any notifications submitted outside of the 14 day window are ineligible for a return, refund, or credit. All returned collectibles must be in the same condition it was sent to you. Please send back all figures, accessories, bases, original packaging, and outer shipping cartons. Incomplete product may delay exchanges or refunds.

DISPATCH: Once your payment is confirmed, we will dispatch your item within 1-3 business days. Orders are shipped via either Australia Post (regular eParcel) or Sendle (door-to-door).

 

$7.90 FLAT RATE SHIPPING: on orders under $100 (GST Inclusive).

 

FREE SHIPPING: when you spend over $100 (GST Inclusive).

 

SHIPPING INSURANCE: is included in all purchases under $100 (GST inclusive) as standard.

 

EXACT INSURANCE COST: for all purchase over AUD$100 (GST inclusive) will be calculated at CHECKOUT once you have selected your delivery address.

Due to our freight volume, we are able to pass on DISCOUNTED SHIPPING costs to our INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS.

 

All international orders will be dispatched within 1-3 business days – there are two options for shipping via Australia Post.

 

Standard Tracked Delivery: within 3 to 15 business days.

 

Express Tracked Delivery: within 3 to 10 business days.

 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable that may arise, these fees form part of the checkout process - exact delivery rates including SHIPPING INSURANCE are calculated at Checkout once you've selected your delivery address.

 

Due to the GLOBAL PANDEMIC, there may be delays in delivery estimates and restrictions on delivery imposed in certain countries and regions.
