Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & HANDLING
 

Here at DIE HARD COLLECTORS, we take pride to ensure that your item arrives safely. We are collectors ourselves, so we always treat your item as though it is part of our own collection, and we take the utmost care to ensure that your investment arrives safe and sound.
 

Dispatch: Once your order payment is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your in-stock item with 1-3 business days.
 

RESTRICTED SHIPPING
 

Due to the GLOBAL PANDEMIC, there may be delays in delivery estimates and restrictions on delivery imposed in certain countries and regions. Due to ongoing freight and logistics issues sending parcels to specific countries (largely due to the effects COVID-19) has become difficult at times. Occasionally this will result in some countries having suspended shipping. Unfortunately, we cannot keep a running list of these countries as the landscape is changing so regularly.
 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
 

When parcels are shipped from our warehouse, an automated email is sent to customers to provide the tracking number for that shipment.

DIE HARD COLLECTORS ship all Australian orders via either Australia Post (regular eParcel) and/or Sendle (door-to-door). We offer a flat rate of $8.90 shipping to any Australian address for orders placed via our website if the total order is under $100 (GST inclusive).

If your item(s) is over $100 (GST inclusive), then we ship your order complimentary or freight free. All Australian orders will be shipped via either Australia Post (regular eParcel) and/or Sendle (door-to-door) at DIE HARD COLLECTORS discretion.

Express Post Option: all Australian orders have the option to pay additional shipping at check out for Australian domestic EXPRESS POST. To select Express Post for your order, you will need to add the items all to your cart, head to the checkout and add your shipping address (including post code), as the Express Post option will only show after these shipping details are provided.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
 

DIE HARD COLLECTORS deliver orders all around the world and due to our freight volume, we are able to pass on discounted shipping costs to our customers. International customizers have two options for shipping. Exact delivery rates are calculated in the Checkout once you've selected your delivery address.

OPTION 1. Standard Pack & Track International Shipping
 

When parcels are shipped from our warehouse, an automated email is sent to customers to provide the tracking number for that shipment.

This is the standard international service offered through Australia Post. This option is only available for orders weighing under 2kg. If you are having trouble selecting this option at the checkout it is likely your order is more than the allowed weight. This service is fully traceable on the Australia Post website so that you know where your parcel has been scanned and at what stage of the journey it is in. This service estimates delivery within 3 to 15 business days after our warehouse Processing Period. (This may vary for certain countries. Check Australia Post’s International Postal Guide for country specific information and regulations).

OPTIONS 2. Express Courier International (ECI)

ECI is our fastest service, and is full trackable. The parcel is sent through Australian Post ECI system which estimates delivery in 3 - 10 business days (after warehouse Processing Periods) in all zones. International orders weighing more than 2kg and/or from locations outside of the Pack & Track network must be sent via ECI.

This service is a premium express courier service and is fully traceable on the Australia Post website, so that you have the piece of mind to know where your parcel has been scanned and at what stage of the journey it is in. Also, the item moves far quicker through this system than it would via regular International Air Mail. Moreover, parcels require signature at the point of delivery abroad.

Due to the premium nature of this service, it is a little more expensive than Pack & Track International, so please use our cart shipping calculator to assist in your decision making as to shipping service.
 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
 

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees payable that may arise, these fees form part of the checkout process - exact delivery rates are calculated in the Checkout once you've selected your delivery address. Please note: As a registered business we are unable to ship international orders as a ‘gift’ or a different figure to what you paid, and all shipments must be declared as ‘merchandise’ or ‘used toy’.
 

SHIPPING INSURANCE

 

All of our shipping logistics are covered by shipping insurance via both Australia Post and/or Sendle. Shipping insurance is included in all purchases under $100 (GST inclusive) as standard. For all purchases over AUD$100 (GST inclusive) Exact insurance cover will be calculated in the Checkout once you've selected your delivery address. In the unlikely event of your parcel being stolen or lost in transit DIE HARD COLLECTORS will contact Australia Post or Sendle to lodge an investigation. Australia Post will determine if your parcel has been stolen or lost in transit, and if necessary, will pay out the insured amount once the investigation is complete. If your parcel is insured against theft or loss, DIE HARD COLLECTORS will replace your items after Australia Post has made the insurance payment to DIE HARD COLLECTORS.
